Located in the Heart of Utah, Sevier County is the perfect place to plan to spend some vacation time, especially if outdoor recreation is your forte.

Surrounded by three mountain ranges that make up the Fishlake National Forest, the area is home to the famous Paiute Trail, offering ATV and UTV enthusiasts over 1,000 miles of road and trail.

While out on the trail, don’t forget to bring along your fishing pole, camera, or binoculars. The trail offers access to numerous lakes and streams as well as herds of deer and elk that are readily seen from atop your machine.

Also, don’t forget beautiful Fish Lake. This natural lake is cool and clear and provides some of the best fishing around. For those who prefer to keep their feet on solid ground, there are numerous hiking and biking trails.

The best time to visit the area is mid May though October so now is the perfect time to start planning for a vacation to central Utah. For more information about the area, visit www.visitsevier.com or call 1-877-47EVENT.
